My order never arrived.
If your order hasn't arrived when expected, here's how to quickly find out where it is and what to do next.
Follow these steps in order — most missing package questions are resolved before you reach step 4.
What to Do
1 | Check Your Order Status Log in and visit your order history to find the order in question. Your current order status and any tracking information will be listed there. |
2 | Verify All Items Have Shipped Confirm that all items in your order are marked as shipped. If part of your order is still in production or hasn't dispatched yet, it will show a different status. |
3 | Track Your Package with the Carrier Use the tracking number on your order page to check directly with the carrier. Their website will show the most up-to-date location and estimated delivery date. |
4 | Contact Us If It Shows "Delivered" But Hasn't Arrived If the carrier's tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, contact our customer service team right away. You can also reach us via live chat. We'll work with the carrier to locate your shipment. |
Tip: Check Around Your Delivery Location
Carriers sometimes leave packages with a neighbor, at a side door, or inside a building lobby. Check nearby spots and with anyone who may have accepted the delivery before contacting us.
