What does pricing include — are there setup fees or order minimums? ▾
Per-unit pricing is shown at the listed quantity; setup/screen fees and shipping are additional and vary by product and imprint method. Most items carry a minimum order quantity, typically between 50–100 units and vary depending on the product. Your rep will provide a complete, itemized quote before you commit to anything.
How fast can I get my order? ▾
We specialize in rush orders! Many items ship in 1–3 business days after art approval. Standard production is 7–10 business days. We'll find the fastest supplier for your deadline.
What artwork files do you need? ▾
Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG) give the best results. Don't have one? No worries — our art team will recreate your logo for free. Just send what you have.
Can I see a sample first? ▾
Absolutely! Request a free blank sample on any product page. For large orders, we also offer printed pre-production samples at cost so you can approve quality before we run the full job.
Do you price match? ▾
