I needed pens on short notice. Several places shut me down. I contacted this company on Monday afternoon (I am in CA). I said I needed pens by Friday. Richard said yes it could be done. I picked this pen, was going to do text only until her sent me the proof with my logo, cleaned up and looking good. Tuesday i approved the proof. Wednesday I got my tracking number. Friday I had my pens. I couldn't have been happier with the whole process, the willingness Richard showed in meeting my deadline, and the way the product turned out. This all took place last week. Next time I won't wait until the last minute, cause the extra shipping cost was heavy, but at least I know if I do do any last minute shopping that this company will make it happen. I highly recommend this company and I look forward to ordering more products from this company. Great customer service goes a long way in keeping a long term client!!
