I ordered from another promotional products company a similar pen that was supposed to have blue ink but when it arrived it had black ink. I understand that mistakes happen but when the supplier does not even have the pen in blue ink and sends black ink, I have a huge problem with that, especially a week and a half from when I need the pens. Not only did they help me out of a jam by making sure I received the correct pens in time for my trade-show but they were very empathetic towards my situation. They checked, double checked and tripled checked with the supplier that they had the pen in blue ink.
